Outsourcing

Ugh! I just hung up the phone after speaking with a man whose name was allegedly "Sam" that I really couldn't understand. I believe my credit card payment has been posted but Sam could've told me that I just purchased a small, private island using the card and I wouldn't have known the difference. Frustrating.
