I want to know who my audience is and, while I can venture a guess or two about who reads my ramblings, every once in awhile someone tells me that they "saw that on [your] blog" and I never had any idea that they even knew my blog existed. You know I do! I always wonder too since like 4 people comment on my blog but everyone refers to it. I've even tried to ask ppl to comment in order to see things but it never works either. I may have to try the direct approach like you are :)

I do too, of course! It's amazing the people that read these things and NEVER comment, but refer to it regardless.
I stop by to check in from time to time...need to create my own page...but I would get addicted to it like the other sites! :)...Lindsay
